Brilliant service! Brought a personalise 40th Birthday champagne for a very dear friend whose birthday I very nearly forgot? delivery was perfect - in fact when DPD informed me the bottle was winging it’s way to me and not the birthday girl (my error) I sent a panicked message to PGS and they had it redirected immediately. Boom! One happy birthday girl. Thanks PGS peeps!

Brill!! Absolutely great service

Bought a glass candle holder with personalised message. There was a preview on the website which looked fine but when i received the item the text was not centralized. By this i mean the lines of text were central to each other but the whole text was not central (much larger gap to the right of the text than left)I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond....but also would not accept any responsibility for text being off centre (why would anyone want it off centre)Felt i needed to leave bad reviews to warn people.In reply to your reply. Have already provided all details to customer services with photos and you wouldn't help me then, so why now! Basically got told it was all my fault although i believed i have proved that it wasn't. Poor customer service and will stay clear of using again.

I ordered a travel mug which by name one would think it’s insulated inside. I paid extra for postage for it to arrive on time but was really disappointed by the quality of it. It has plastic coating inside which I don’t think so is going to keep the drink warm for long enough. Sent emails to customer service and they just reply back by some silly answer saying it’s as per their standard quality. First of all there’s no pictures on their website to show people what the mug looks like from inside. Not really happy with this product or the customer service. Will not be using them in future.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a birthday and valentines day gift and card over a month ago and still not received. There has been an error with royal mail who provided me with a reference number to pass on to the company for a full refund but they are refusing to do so. As a complete insult, they offered to refund the postage but not the items even though I have no way of getting them, which royal mail confirmed. The customer service team are incredibly unhelpful and don't seem to listen to anything I am saying. Order number P103334661.

Service is terrible! I ordered a glass for my uncles birthday on the 2nd of February and I’m still waiting for it, his birthday was on the 13th so his birthdays been and gone. I’ve emailed to enquire and they don’t really seem to care. They’re trying to blame the Royal Mail for the delay yet anything else I’ve ordered from other companies has been delivered on time!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I had a slight issue (through no fault of their own) and they fixed it free of charge so quickly and efficiently. The quality of their products are beautiful; well worth the minor investment given that their prices are so reasonable. Thankyou for your service :)
